Ghosting
What is the deal with ghosting? You are talking one day and then poof! they disappear. Wont answer a text or a phone call. I saw a TikTok video where a guy said ghosting was a “casual exit” I beg to differ. Ghosting is cowardly, immature and incredibly rude. I think it’s sad it is so prevalent in todays’ dating world. I’ve been ghosted more than once and it’s confusing, depressing and hurtful. I’ll have a few stories to post in this category that have made me shake my head and wonder what’s wrong with me? Worst Date Ever – Part 2
Two days after the worst date ever the aftermath began. I received a text from the guy saying he had a great time and would love to see me again. Breaking bones
This is an embarrassing story of how I broke my ribs while trying to get a date. I wish I could say I was doing something fun like dancing and fell off a table but that is not the case. Don’t Bite!
Met a guy who seemed nice, respectful, successful. First date went well and I agreed to see him again; we went out a few times. He goes in for a kiss which was all good until he bites my lip really hard. Despite me asking him not to bite he decided to bite my nose. After he agreed to stop biting, I agreed to keep seeing him. Be careful what question you ask
Early on I was giving out my phone number way too quickly. I was texting with a guy who seemed nice and normal (they usually all do at first). After small talk about how had my day been, he texted he had been thinking about me so I asked him “what were you thinking? I thought it was an innocent question. He responded by sending me an extreme close-up of his “junk” which was apparently very happy to see me.
